How you deliver your presentation is way more important than what you say.
The base for your success is the philosophy of Peter Rogen, the 1960's presentation guru.
You give yourself a massive chance to be a better presenter in any setting.
William Moulton Marston founded the Disc behavioural methodology in 1928. (He also created "Wonder Woman"
and the systolic blood pressure test). We work out the magistrate's (or other person's) behaviour pattern based
on this proven theory.
We use our proven techniques to allow you to impose on the magistrate or other person. Our proprietory Klevah Method™ uplifts the Golden Rule; (Luke 6:31 records Jesus saying: “Do to others as you would have them do to you.”) by using the PLATINUM Rule:
You will be wearing the correct clothes. Your presentation will have logical structure. It will add evidence and, with your
audience already analysed, your tailored presentation is ready for you to read.
You will know your target will like it.
Lets us be very clear on one thing. WE ARE NOT LAWYERS. We NEVER give legal advice. We are not your representative! We are 100% focussed on the anticipated performance in court of you and/or your barrister in how the presentation is approached. Note clearly the difference between PRESENT and REPRESENT.
Although this will potentially upset some barristers, 40 years of hearing and giving presentations gives us the view that everyone will do better if they are trained in Pristine Presenting™. We are silent with regard to the competency of any legally qualified person.
This will depend on whether you are guilty or not or the strength of your case.
All presentations are different. We do not start unless you agree and sign up.
We balance worth and value. e.g. No point in you spending $500 on us if the fine is $80.
You know that your case will be presented better before you even start. Worthwhile?

Our focus is not really about what sentence you get. What we really care about is that you get the best chance to limit the damage whether you are pleading guilty or not. Do you want to try and get a lesser sentence or penalty?
Plus, how much time have you spent on your case?
We are all about worth and value. e.g. The renowned architect Daryl Jackson designed the Great Southern Stand at the MCG on a serviette over lunch. Yet he would have charged many thousands of dollars for his design. That is totally fair and the MCC got what he designed. That serviette is in the museum and the project has turned out to be a monumental success.

The team is you and me and, if it's a court matter, maybe your barrister but we always let them do their legal thing. But the team has to interact with others. Our team will work as a team(!), take responsibility and carry on with a can do spirit. Are we ready to interact with each other?

The following are examples where the Klevah Method™ has achieved success. The stories are true but the names have been changed. Not all want to court but they could well have done. Think about that!
3rd .05. Drove car without interlock and recorded 0.035. Looking at maximum of around $18,000+ fine and up to
18 months. Received $900 fine, $120 court costs.
Sacked hopeless barrister who charges $770 per day and represented himself using Klevah Method™.
Driving unregistered car in Queensland and therefore uninsured. Fines of around $800 and told "you cannot write to us, see you in court". Wrote in; matter being considered. That's a victory in itself. Probably cost the Queensland Government $400 in handling costs already.
